2. How much is Shipping?

Parcleforce rates will be applied at checkout. Please note, due to the size of the boxes we use for shipping it is expensive and the rates we charge you are the rates we are charged by Parcelforce.

We currently only ship to UK Mainland Zone 1 areas

this includes England, Wales and parts of Scotland, not including the following postcodes; HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE


In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY and our courier will return the goods to us and we will dispatch a replacement. If the goods are accepted damaged, no replacement or refund will be issued. Also ensure that someone is available at the given delivery address to sign for the goods.

3. When will you send my order and when should I expect it to receive it?

We send out all orders every Wednesday morning, you should allow up to 2 working days for your bean bag filling to arrive. Orders placed on a Wednesday will be dispatched the following Wednesday.

4. How much Filling/Refill Do I Need?

Calculator

Our calculator will work out roughly how much filling you will need to fill your bean bag for the first time. Enter the total dimensions in inches provided to you by your bean bag manufacturer (the size your bean bag should be after you have filled your cover) in the boxes below and press calculate. The total calculated is the amount of polystyrene bead in cubic foot that you require (for example a bean bag that was 26 inches x 26 inches x 26 inches would need 10 cubic foot). Take note, this calculator will only give an accurate result if you follow our guidelines for alternate shaped bean bags below.

In this example let us assume that the width of the bean bag is also 24 inches.

Example A. If you were to calculate the amount of filling needed for this bean bag and use Width: 24, Depth: 24, Height: 24 then the calculator would reveal 8 Cubic Foot is needed, which is not an accurate result as there is a large amount of space you have acounted for (24 x 16 x 16) which in fact is not present.

Therefore you should follow Example B and should break up the bean bag into 2 sections and calculate each section independently and then add the two figures together. In this example you would calculate the first section Width: 24, Depth: 8, Height: 24 which results in 3 Cubic Foot and then combine it with the total given from Width: 24, Depth: 16, Height: 8 which results in 2 Cubic Foot. You would see that you only require 5 Cubic Foot of filling.

6. Can I collect the beans from your factory?

We are sorry but it is currently not possible to collect the beans directly from our factory.

7. What is your returns policy?

We have done our best here at Beanbagfiller.co.uk to give you as much information as we think if required to make your purchase as easy as possible. Due to the prohibitive delivery costs we ask that all customers ensure they are not over or under ordering the amount of beans needed. All orders placed with Beanbagfiller.co.uk are covered by a 7 day money back guarantee. If within 7 days of receipt of your order you are not satisfied, you are entitled to an identical replacement or a refund of the cost of the goods less all delivery costs and a 10% re-stocking fee providing the goods have not been used and are returned in a condition deemed suitable by us for resale. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods for us to process a return. Any returns requested after 7 days without notification will be rejected. Please contact us for a returns address.

8. What are your terms and conditions?

A. General

In these conditions of sale: The "company" means Orient8 Limited; the "purchaser" means the person ordering or buying goods from Beanbagfiller.co.uk. No contract between the purchaser and The Company shall exist until the purchaser's order has been accepted by The Company. The order shall be deemed to be accepted once The Company has authorised the purchaser's payment. It is the intention of Beanbagfiller.co.uk that all terms of a contract between the purchaser and The Company are contained in this document and in the descriptions of goods provided on the Orient8 website (www.Beanbagfiller.co.uk) for items. If the purchaser wishes to rely on any variation to these terms he/she is asked to ensure that such variations are confirmed in writing to The Company before he/she places an order. To protect your own interests please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

B. Despatch and Payment

Unless otherwise specified the price quoted is the actual item cost. A shipping charge is added to the item separately with the cost displayed within the item description and added at checkout. This website is only currently able to deliver to UK Mainland. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All orders placed with Beanbagfiller.co.uk will be dispatched every Wednesday using UPS Ground shipping service.

Orders placed via Beanbagfiller.co.uk website can be paid with either a credit or debit card and are handled via Google Checkout. Payments are handled by their secure servers and you will be directed to Google's website at the payment stage of checkout. The Company uses carriers and postal services to deliver goods and The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the purchaser through any delay in shipping caused by such companies.

C. Retention of Title

The Company and the purchaser agree that title shall transfer to the purchaser only when the goods have been paid for in full. The Company shall be entitled to require the purchaser to deliver up the goods until such time that all due payments have been made in full. The purchaser shall store the goods free of charge and in a manner to ensure the goods are safe from theft and damage.

D. Risk

As soon as The Company has delivered the goods, the purchaser is responsible for them, until such time as the goods are delivered back to The Company or The Company's agent, in the event of cancellation or refund.

E. Cancellation

Under the terms of the distance selling regulations 2000, the purchaser has a cooling off period of 7 days. The cooling off period commences the day after the shipping of the goods to the purchaser or the collection of the goods by the purchaser and the period ends 7 working days later. In such circumstances, the purchaser must inform The Company in writing before the end of the 7th working day following shipping. The purchaser is responsible for the safe storage of the goods whilst in his care and the cost of returning the goods to The Company. In the circumstance of a non-faulty product, the product must be returned without damages, any use or tampering with the original packaging otherwise they will not be accepted and a refund not permitted.

F. Circumstances beyond our Control

The Company reserves the right to cancel, vary or suspend the operation of contracts of sales if events occur which are beyond our control including (and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) fire, floods, storm, plant breakdown, lock-outs, riots, industrial action which prevents entry to premises, hostilities, non-availability of materials or supplies or any event outside the control of The Company and The Company shall not be held liable for any breach of contract resulting from such an event.

G. Law

These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with UK law.
