Take some time to stretch and walk around to have the blood flowing again. Another thing, as you drive or stay in the car, be sure to sit properly. Maintain the proper sitting so that you will not strain your back. Listening to music is also a good way to relax. Just make sure to keep the volume at a manageable level.

When on a plane, especially if you will be travelling by coach, you might think it is impossible to be comfortable with the little space you have. You can make the most out of the space that you have by following some precautions. First off, wear loosely-fitting clothes so that you can freely move. If you are on a long flight, make sure to bring ear plugs and a night mask so that you can block sound and light. To cushion your head and have good posture, bring a neck pillow. Furthermore, whenever it is possible, get up from your seat and stand or walk around in the aisle. This will help circulation throughout your body.
